Motion from someone to approve minutes from 2014 AGM.  Seconded by someone
else, and carried.

News about YYCIX switch at City Hall

News about the Akamai cache at Cybera

News about Cybera circuit upgrade to 10G, and Akamai being made available
to peers

CANARIE peering soon

Discussion about danger to continuity if all board positions are
replaced.  Proposal for a bylaw change to alternate 2-year terms, and
apply the rule immediately.
